At Avatar Merch, we want you to love your gear as much as the elements themselves, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

Ship the Package

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

Receive Your Refund

After our quality control team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
